Kate Wormald - Founder
Kate Wormald qualified as a Barrister in 1987 and left the Bar to work in the City. She has gained considerable trading floor experience. Kate provided legal and regulatory support to the fixed income, equity, emerging markets and foreign exchange proprietary and arbitrage trading desks for both derivatives, structured and cash book products for firms including Daiwa Securities, Salomon Brothers and Goldman Sachs.
Kate is a regular guest speaker at industry events and continues to contribute to various industry committees and groups.
Before establishing Oesa Limited, Kate worked with the FSA as a consultant for over 3 years, where she gained valuable experience working with the UK regulator on matters that affect the professional markets.
