Prime brokerage agreements
This agreement governs the relationship between the parties. It sets out the duties, obligations, services offered and liabilites of each party. It also details the custody arrangements for the securities and cash i.e. in whose name the assets are held and how and when the PB can use your assets and the events of default and termination rights.
