Global Master Repurchase Agreement
This agreement governs repos, reverse repos, and buy sell backs. There are a series of annexes for different markets that are largely operational in nature. It is an industry standard and it is agreed through an annex.
The annex deals with the specific terms for the parties and includes events of default and termination events but they do not tend to be as harsh as the ISDA.
However, there is a trend towards adding more events of defaults for hedge funds.
